Meadowview Regional Medical Center and Fleming County Hospital Announce Keith Holley as Assistant Administrator

Meadowview Regional Medical Center and Fleming County Hospital, both part of Lifepoint Health, today announced that Keith Holley has been named Assistant Administrator for the facilities. Holley will officially assume his new duties on June 29, 2026.

Holley will work alongside executive leadership to oversee daily hospital operations, optimize clinical workflows, and spearhead strategic initiatives aimed at expanding access to high-quality healthcare for patients throughout the Buffalo Trace region for both facilities.

"Keith brings a wealth of operational expertise and a collaborative leadership approach. His addition is a vital step forward as we continue to elevate our regional service delivery, accelerating our clinical technology initiatives like our recent rollout of VIZ.ai, and reinforcing Fleming County Hospital's strategic position as a rural healthcare service provider.

Holley steps into the role with a proven track record of health administration success and a commitment to patient-centered care. He brings over two decades of clinical and operational leadership to his new position. His background spans critical leadership roles within health systems, with specialized expertise in enhancing clinical support services and streamlining hospital operations.
